Call the Rio Grande Valley Baptist Association to request a registration packet.

Submit

Pre-registration form by June 1st with your non-refundable deposit

Registration Checklist

1. Submit pre-registration form via fax or e-mail
2. You and your group must sign camp policy agreement
3. Get enough medical and release forms for your group. (They must be signed by your student’s legal guardian)
4. Be sure to bring your church check to pay as a group for all students you are registering.
5. Make sure to call in your final numbers on the due date stated on the registration packet.
6. Ensure that your have enough adult sponsors for your group.
